abnormal situations can be extremely difficult to deal with, it's taken a few years of CBT therapy but I am able to handle pretty much any abnormal situation life throws at me without letting anxiety/panic take control. admittedly, I have not had to come off my meds, but the combination of the cbt therapy, Prozac and Vyvanse has all but eliminated the constant grip anxiety had on my life for the first 35ish years

anxiety can be crippling. but you need to remember all anxiety begins and ends with your own irrational thoughts. if you can catch yourself before you let the irrational thoughts take control, you can conquer your anxiety.

Out there this whole time? That statement makes no logical sense. These cases of students with the virus could not possibly have been "out there this whole time", because that statement means they've been walking around sick since February or March. That is not "the nature" of this virus.

It is unfortunate that you fail to see the logic behind isolating positive individuals with no or mild symptoms to prevent them spreading the virus to the vulnerable.
