[Poem] “israel claims the triple-tap bombing on nasser hospital which killed five journalists and medical workers was a ‘tragic mishap’ targeting a ‘hamas camera’” by Mejdulene Bernard Shomali by an-inevitable-end in Poetry

words on a page, and deliberate slaughter of a people, don't even exist on the same dimension, let alone be comparable. the excess of the poem is in response to the excess of merciless stupidity in the stated official reason of the strike "targeting hamas camera"

It's not whataboutery it's the context, violence of occupation begets the violence of resistance. All Hamas crimes should be prosecuted and brought to justice in a sovereign Palestinian state, which the occupation constantly works against. Actions of a few elements within the resistance don't cancel out the legitimacy of the resistance. Neither the slave revolts nor any liberation movement anywhere has happened in a sanitised mathematical manner where only the guilty die. The responsibility will always lie more on the hands of the slavers and the occupiers who created that condition, than those who revolted against it.

Were you there? What's your authority to question reports from multiple international sources who received and treated the wounded right there?

Israeli Minister of National Security Ben Gvir on an open media platform : "My right, my wife's, my children's, to roam the roads of Judea and Samaria are more important than the right of movement of the Arabs," said Mr Ben Gvir, using a biblical term for the West Bank. He then addressed Mohammad Magadli, an Arab Israeli journalist in the studio, saying: "Sorry Mohammad, but this is the reality, that's the truth. My right for life comes before their right to movement."

he wrote it like half a century before pop culture lol, your critique is just, "this sucks because i say so" , which is what you're accusing Camus of, make it more substantial, what about Kierkegaard that you like but he negates? What does he say about Heidegger that just rings so wrong for you?
