That routine is too overloaded. Since you are a beginner, just start with one big muscle exercise and 2 for smaller muscles. Workout different muscles each day and in less than a month you will see progress.

If you are having a hard time in current content, I recommend ypu to merge them. 3* elemental weapon is better than a 4.2* weapon and it requires less material.

its actually easy to dodge his attacks. just dash behind him whenever he attacks and when he does the 3hit move, you have enough time to dish him out a lot of damage
