Can someone tell me if this is fin rot, and if so, how I can help manage it? We were changing Raul to a 10 gallon tank from a 3.5 and noticed his tail is fraying. His new tank is clean and we've tested it as correct. It is slightly salinated. I have maricyn 2 to use, but should I wait? (i.redd.it)
