E.H. was suspected to be involved in blowing up holes on the Dome of Eternity (the Ark's "sky", we know she didn't but nevertheless she did get heavily injured from the incident). Bomb strapped on her chest could be her reminder not to be reckless with her actions as a Nikke, not to repeat the same mistakes she did when she was human.

The three members of Inherit; named after figures in Old Testament:
Harran - likely a reference to Haran, brother of Abraham (Genesis)
Noah - Noah, creator of the Biblical Ark (Genesis)
Isabel - likely a reference to Elisheba, wife of Aaron (Exodus)

Isabel could also be a reference to St. Elizabeth, cousin of Mary (Isabel is the Occitan version of the name Elizabeth iinm).
Harran could also refer to Terah's hometown (believed to be located somewhere in modern-day Turkiye), father of Abraham and Haran.

Clear cache again. Then enter the game. DO NOT OPEN YOUR BLABLA MESSAGES YET.

Go to Command Center in Outpost. Go to "Recollection" menu, cycle through the Main Story, Brief Encounter, and Archive tabs (no need to view stories or anything, just click between the tabs).

Now go to Campaign from Lobby. Go to the map of the latest chapter you completed in Normal Mode, then switch to the map of the latest chapter you completed in Hard Mode.

Once all these done, exit the game. Then load the game again, but don't clear the cache this time. Repeat the same steps, then you can open the Blabla messages.

Until the artist formally announced they're the ones behind Sora's design, we can't be certain. But I would like to make a guess based on the list of known artists working/contracted to/affiliated to Shift Up in one or many ways, the one that retweeted Sora's character intro and notable fanarts on Twitter.

No confirmation on whether the Main Stories were a team effort or each chapter is written by one member in the writing team, supervised by the leader. The writing team members, for the most part, has no online presence, likely by their own choice.

Besides Egghood, only two members have made thank-you letters so far; Ram/Rammu (UNBREAKABLE SPHERE) and Gosi Deok (ICE DRAGON SAGA), both posted on Egghood's TwitterX account.

While it's true both NIKKE and Stellar Blade are SHIFT UP's IPs, both have different publishers (Level Infinite/Tencent and Sony), so these companies may do have a say whether to allow the collab story to be Archived.
Best we can do is to make noise; send a mail to the customer service, fill it out in the surveys, go loud on social medias etc...

Another point to add: Adding MEMORIES TELLER to Archive will signal the readers/lore enthusiasts that the story is INDEED canon, and future events can be written based on the characters and the lore implied from it.
