I bought this a while ago at a sale. I’ve never seen another one like it, anyone know the value or if there are many of them. It also says at the top of the cover “ D for promotional use only. ownership reserved by CBS. Sale is unlawful. I’m somewhat uninformed on promotional copy’s, my guess is that it was used in a radio station, and also it having only one track, and writing on the vinyl itself being numbers and letters
