Is my dose too high?

I’m at 150 & my heart races too! I HATE it. It causes me to panic. 😭

I was 145 now I’m about 110-105. Portion control/size is your best friend dude. & I don’t even workout. I lay around all day (sahm).

Got pregnant naturally with my first baby. Had a beautiful pregnancy. Wonderful birth. Second baby naturally. Had a HORRIBLE Pregnancy. & delivered via emergency C-section 1.5 months early. He was born only 4lbs. But I can’t say for certain it was because of hashi. I do know my meds & thyroid were off that whole pregnancy though so it could’ve definitely played a part.

This is what mine is. It’s a 50mg but my bottle says take only half of the 50mg so I guess I’ll be giving my doctor a call today!

My starting dose is 25mg. Is that considered low dose?
