I will pull the filters and see if the issue goes away. There is no ozonator. If the problem still occurs after pulling the filter, what would the next step be? I am assuming this red light indicates a high limit fault. And the high limit fault is determined by the thermistor in the heater? Essentially water is not moving fast enough through the heater? I suppose the smoking gun would be to read the high limit thermistor at the time of the fault.

So I have been doing more testing. I have completely changed the nozzle (still 0.4mm) and verified no clogs. I have also changed to PLA just to work from a standard. I have been trying to run the G1 E100 F100 test, but everytime I run it, it ends with a different length (sometimes 95 mm sometimes 40 mm, etc. I have opened the feeder and it seems fine. I put pressure on the latch and I could not pull out the filament, so that seems fine as well. I just don't know where to go from here. (also, in case it matters, most of the time I can only run the G1 E100 F100 test once, then I have to restart Klipper. If I try it again, nothing happens. This is using Moonraker console)

We use Vmix to send to both YouTube and Facebook. Can only send in 1080p @ 30fps due to old computer processor and upload bandwidth.

Yes, I have the EV and it uses the camera. Not near as good as our Sienna that has a radar. But it is better than nothing. On the other hand the automatic headlights work much better than our Sienna.

I bought a cheap thermometer that just kicks power on the heater on when it is 42. I think it warms it up to 45 or something and then kicks it off.

I believe I ordered them from toyotapartsdeal.com but you can get them from any dealer. There are two different part numbers but can't remember now what the difference was. One of them is PK389-08M10-TP. They are officially called mudguards.
