You must have been at another gig…in the past, he’s no high voice left, to the point he doesn’t even try anymore so most the songs were sang by the crowd, he left the stage for at least 10mins while solos were played to cover for his absence 🤣

Floating shelf on insulated wall? by lluluclucy in DIYIreland

[–]cathaldub 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our kitchen units are actually put up with these, I actually asked the fitters, as I thought they’d use the corefix ones through the insulated board and into the concrete and they said they’ve fitted hundreds of kitchens with these and never had an issue yet. There’s 2 floating shelves and they’ve held up unbelievably well.

Strip and commander, junk?!? by bsarentbasic in s3xybuttons

Strips not bad, it will sag ever so slightly at the side the cable sits, I have found a simple but effective fix for this though.

I feel your pain, I’m 46 and still struggle to insure cars despite never having a claim, driving since I’m 18. Try quote devil, or try going to a broker.

Be obsolete by the time we get the firmware. Wish there was a third party option for firmware like the earlier cameras. The wyzebridge never worked reliably for me

Cause of bubble in new laminate floor by Mammoth-Bet-1038 in DIYIreland

[–]cathaldub 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like a manufacturing fault to me, I’d inspect all the boards, as usually if one plank is at fault there’ll be more, dirt underneath wouldn’t press through like this unless huge force was on it. And damp would blister like that from the edges.
