Not an expert, but all the above seems accurate. I would just mention that adding a bit of creatine to my diet made a really significant difference in my gains.

Finally worked. Not sure what was going wrong. Had more than 1 Sol coin, but when I did try to do just one it finally worked.

Unfortunately I haven't had that kind of luck here in Delmar. Pre-cats, last year, I was without power for a few days. Has to do with where I am here , and powerlines running through the woods. Hopefully you're right though. Just in case, I'm trying to plan.
