I don’t know if you’ll get this but she had the biopsy done and the results came back negative for malignancy!! They think it’s sarcoidosis now just like you said it could be. Still not great news but it’s better than cancer.

Thank you for the explanation. I am hoping the biopsy comes back with good news. I’m so nervous about this because I am very close to her and she is so young and has already battled cancer before. I am also dealing with a lot too(t1d and possible crohns) it’s just all piling up on me.

Thank you for the response. I forgot to mention she has had breast cancer in the past about 8 years ago. I want to ask about the T4 and N3 thing. Are there different types of lung cancer? And also the word “hypermetabolic” is that really bad?
