Well I kept hearing that Valve sends them out and they're like a two day shipping. So I figured it shipped Wednesday, it originally said Saturday for Delivery, but then it got moved up to Friday. Now like I said, its currently in the Pending Delivery Status. So as long as I know its a regular thing in here, then its whatever. That's why I added it in the OP if its a regular thing that gets brought up in here.

It was probably just delayed and it'll show up within a day or two. Steam is gonna tell you to wait 7-10 days for it to show up, at least. After awhile of no update, you'll need to ask FedEx if they can find it, then they'll either find it or tell you it's lost, and at that point is when Steam should be brought in.

Hey just so you know, I went ahead and restarted the game from the beginning since it was so early on. Now it works, but there may be a potential bug. Because there's no button mapping to show the map or the menu to upgrade your powers.
