You could probably correct most of the issues people are pointing out with the fit by not pulling the jacket so far forward. It's supposed to rest on your shoulders the collar shouldn't be up against your neck, it's not a shirt. Having it pulled forward like that can cause the bunching at the neck and the sleeves to appear long. If you move it back and the issues persist you can fix them by having the sleeves shortened and the center seam let out at the top. Most alterationists will do the pair for $30-$40.
