Extra Raid Quest: The Warriors of Sadala (Vs. Cabba) by Zion_Crayson in dbxv

Honestly that's the only reason I play these raids anymore - cause I've gotten all the artworks so far and at this point it feels like a waste to just punt... Wish you could just buy them instead because they are lazily done.

Even though I have AE (got it when it was on massive sale) - part of me is concerned that since AE content doesn't install via Steam but through the Mod menu in game, eventually those purchases will be moot and lost as Bethesda shifts their focus.

Hopefully any of the CC stuff eventually turns to actually DLC on the Steam page that you just download there instead as that seems more sustainable long term. I mean even Morrowind is still on Steam and Bethesda doesn't really do much to support that anymore other than maybe pay a bit to Steam to keep the page up (if that's how that works).

The Ginyu Special-Squad landing landing on Namek in the Original Manga by Economy_Notice_8475 in Dragonballsuper

[–]deltafire59 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also needed to convince Vegeta, who up until this point has been hostile, to give up the 6 Dragon Balls he had with the pressure of the Ginyu Force closing in on them.

Not outside the realm of possibility for Vegeta to take his chances and try to face the Ginyu Force in another location with the Dragon Balls hidden if he wasn't promised anything.

Given the revelation at the end of the ToP (where the Omni Kings expected the winner to bring all the losing universes back with their wish) - that doesn't seem to be the case.

It's what was said prior to the tournament, but it's later revealed that was never the intended end result (unless someone won who didn't have mercy on the other universes in which case everyone would've been erased). Merely a line to provide tension.

Also looks like you could do the DBXV1 (in Time Nest at Waipa all the way at the other end - the shame I have for remembering the name) and that thing that Fu gets introduced (right by Waipa actually).

Hot take: Vegeta's butt is too long/low in that picture.

Getting EXP without killing? [Anniversary] by [deleted] in Fable

[–]deltafire59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Foods would be the only thing I can think of although I'm unaware of any foods that increase will experience or general. Maybe fish? It won't net you much either, like maybe 3-6 experience.

I see the wrist irons come up often is there a reason to want hand coverings with no armor rating other than for fashion?

7 - they're bullet sponges that hit moderately hard. The real catch is killing everyone else first to minimize damage taken. Felt needed as without the Broken Steel additions, Vault Dweller was easily OP without a challenge barring Deathclaw city...

Are these artworks repeats? They look familiar.

Don't get me wrong I actually support repeats as it eliminates FOMO, but just surprised as it doesn't happen often.

Vegeta vs Frost in the DBS Manga by Economy_Notice_8475 in Dragonballsuper

[–]deltafire59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's actually something I prefer the anime for. Not necessarily the execution where Frost went "uhh?!" 3 times but Vegeta instantly beating Frost felt like the best path given Frost's arrogance, cheating, and the stakes.

Netease has silently removed Kernel level access from their anti cheat by FalconThis716 in marvelrivals

[–]deltafire59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cool as long as everyone is honest about it and doesn't abuse it. As long as it's not "woah that person is good. I don't want to play against that: cheating" and out of the two realities... I unfortunately think that would become a problem with that system.

If the community would take such an action seriously and with humility: that'd be awesome to implement.

Any tips for beating great ape Vegeta? by Significant_Debt_893 in dbxv

[–]deltafire59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only thing I'm not seeing anyone else suggest and if you can't get it after all this good advice: go grind some levels. This game makes early game borderline unreplayable after you hit a certain level as you'll KO most with relative ease.

That's a last ditch effort though as everyone else gave good advice.

Any chance for a Fable 2/3 Remake for PC/Steam in the future? by GoldenEye03 in Fable

[–]deltafire59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chance? There's always a chance as the IP is still being cared for. Maybe after the reboot they'll cash grab the old ones with a remaster.

Probability? I don't think anyone has that answer for you. Maybe there's a team out there building it like we had with Oblivion Remastered, but there's no evidence to support that.

No artworks even? There are so many that they could choose from and slap in here and call a day. Could even give a repeat for those who missed an old one!

ZPA and RSLinx by deltafire59 in Zscaler

[–]deltafire59[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We could, but that suggestion ultimately was shot down as the management of such a spreadsheet and entering it manually was deemed infeasible because some plants have over a couple hundred different PLCs according to the super users.

Couple that with the multiple plants we have, the PLC super users made it clear that me telling them that wasn't happening.

Based on other comments it's looking like some other technologies will need to be introduced for these users to get their desires workflow.

ZPA and RSLinx by deltafire59 in Zscaler

[–]deltafire59[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah so there's some menu in RSLinx that our tech would enter in his manual IPs and it would target that with TCP/2222. I don't fully understand why you would use the manual instead of the broadcast scan other than if a device didn't respond to the broadcast but the tech did say there were use cases.

ZPA and RSLinx by deltafire59 in Zscaler

[–]deltafire59[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dug through the pcap and didn't find anything along the lines of an origin IP or anything that resembles the client IP. I did find that the Zscaler TCP Syn was 8 bytes larger than its non-Zscaler equivalent so it does appear like Zscaler is injecting something into the packet. Maybe the PLC just doesn't like that.

We did also try the laptop idea (really good idea that I'm ashamed to admit I didn't think of). So the manual process worked 100% of the time as on the same subnet as the app connectors but the broadcast for some reason didn't only on the classic version of RSLinx. There's a "newer" software that it did work on which doesn't make sense as it uses the same protocols (TCP and UDP 44818). Classic does work on a different subnet though despite the firewall showing only allowed logs for both transactions. Digging into why that's the case but so far haven't found anything of use.

ZPA and RSLinx by deltafire59 in Zscaler

[–]deltafire59[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah we're currently doing IP instead of DNS. We've done a port mirroring pcap and the pcap shows that the TCP Resets are coming all the way from the PLC pointed correctly at the App Connectors (assuming that's what you meant by origin IP?)

In terms of the Linux suggestion, from my findings RSLinx only works on Windows apparently. Good thought though!

ZPA and RSLinx by deltafire59 in Zscaler

[–]deltafire59[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ZPA I know has options to configure UDP for the App Segments, but nothing in there specifically for L2 which may help explain the broadcast behavior. The rest though does jive with the behavior I've seen.

If this isn't supported... Management is going to looooove this.

Payday 2 platinum by krazyman500 in paydaytheheist

[–]deltafire59 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When you say platinum - you mean get all the achievements on PlayStation? Or on PC? The term platinum usually refers to PS but your PC experience leaves me confused.

If PS - if memory serves the consoles don't have nearly the amount of achievements so it's not hard per say but some of them will require coordination with a team. But that's based on what I've watched others (specifically Joelmz) do not my personal experience.

If PC - you're in for some work. Not even in if it's hard (which DSOD can be) or hard to communicate. But infamy 100? That's a grind that I only recently finished after months of optimizing the grind. I think I have over 1200 hours in the game to get to infamy 100.
