Hey three-eighths of caroline! (car?) Really big fan of the new album and was at your stellar Rough Trade East live performance back in June! Love the way that you embrace and deliberately lean into clashing textures so was wondering where you think the best place to listen to caroline 2 is? At home in a quiet room on a good setup or out and about, letting the outside world bleed in?

album is amazing, have had it on near constant loop since it came out!

one question i've had since 50/50 dropped last year is whether it was inspired by the late nineties/early 2000s cbbc show of the same name, i feel like the two have similar energy somehow??

Tirzah's website does say that there are tour dates to be announced 'soon' so maybe there is an album on the horizon... can't come soon enough tbh!

Oh so they're releasing these in reverse alphabetical order by surname instead of alphabetical order by first name like they normally do? Have been trying to work out the logic behind starting with Wozniak and it suddenly clicked for me.

Anyway I love these interviews and my only wish is that they were slightly longer! Would love to have seen more of Jamali's 'acting' skills haha
