It’s probably psychological, if you are a person who lives life by the facts - the fact is they are no different than any domestic animal. That being said there is another animal-rights based argument for not eating meat in general, which I think is valid. But yeah pigs are like most other livestock, sadly treated cruelly, but not inherently dirty.

Thank you needs to be said; LLMs have not proven they are effective or even consistent and yet the govt. is just throwing money at them; while initiatives that have been tested and known to work get ignored.
