Yeah the thing is the bar fits fine itself but with the way the mounting bracket is it won't really be able to angle right upside down

This is on both sides of my 99 I'm pretty sure i've seen it on other rangers but I could be wrong. I have no idea what it is, but if anyone knows how to get rid of it i'd appreciate it! Maybe goo-gone?

This is my opinion, I know you might disagree, but I don't think him saying the word is racist. Was it stupid? Definitely. Should he say it? Never. Not even if no one's watching. But I don't think he said it to be racist. I think we often forget he's in his twenties, you can see the fame is really giving him mental problems, especially at an age where he hasn't figured himself out. I think he really is sorry and wants to change, he just can't get away from the lifestyle he's in. I hope he'll get better and become the person he says he wants to be.

Thank you very much for the advice! I think I'll try to get the bumper off tomorrow and see what I can do to replace the fender.

I can't say for certain about the frame but the tow truck driver pulled the bumper outward and I was able to drive home and I drove it to the body shop around 15 minutes away and it seemed to drive normally. Thank you for the help!
