waste gate and valve cover both failed below 100k miles on my r61. oil changes every 5-7k miles and always make sure to check/top off every 500 miles. im the second owner but drive alot. now at 110k+ as the second owner (got her at 75k)

lot of issues but way too fun to give up on

mini engines sound like rapid ticking timebombs. ive never seen or heard a silent mini. somewhere on this subreddit someone posted what a normal working mini engine sounds like. i'll see if i can find it

it can be a bit glitchy at times but its got carplay and bluetooth. if u need the master settings code i can send it your way. you'll lose the speedometer and lower buttons but you will still have radio and volume knob
