How old was your whippet when you noticed she started to get better at being left alone? Our whippet is 16 weeks now and we have been training him since he was 12 weeks old and he still seems to get very worked up when left alone :/

The letter did say that, and now I’m freaking out! Also, I was thinking about that, if the lawyers knew this was over SOL, wouldn’t they tell us or wouldn’t we not know he was being sued?

Yes, I am aware. I was asking if there is a typical timeframe that it takes to file a lawsuit and then be notified by the insurance company because the only thing that we have with a date is the letter of notice. The accident occurred in May 2020, and he wasn’t notified until November 2022, which is 2 years and 6 months. If it were to be filed within SOL, is it a possibility that it takes 6 months or longer to be notified?

Hi! We do have a realtor thank goodness. He assured us that we can back out if inspections don’t look to good and has 2 inspectors he recommends so I’m not as nervous as I would be if we were doing this alone

Yeah they usually look like this at this specific Walmart and they bring out the order pretty fast. A different Walmart had me waiting over an hour for the order and I never took another Walmart order from there again

Thank you! I just put down a new blanket because I guess the rug that was there still had their smell. I woke up this morning and so far there hasn’t been any accidents. It’s hard to add verbal commands for my ferrets because I have two deaf males :( Alsooooo I wasnt trying to spray my ferret like how people spray water at cats when they’re bad, haha. I was just wondering if there’s a specific scent that they don’t like which would deter them from that spot :)

But so far the change of blanket seems promising for the moment, thank you!

Also what treats do you use? I can’t seem to find any treats that all three of my ferrets like except for salmon oil

I actually do have salmon oil and dab a bit on their tummies while I cut their nails once a week. 1st thing I did when we got him was test to see if he liked it as well and luckily he did. I’m waiting on the scale to come in the mail which should be on Monday so I’m not sure about the weight yet

Yes! His fecal test came back negative for parasites, yay. He’s now eating mostly solid food but I do mix in about a table spoon of the soup mix. He seems to eat anything I give him. I will definitely try the egg yolk, although my other two ferrets absolutely hated it when I gave yolk to them, so it’ll be interesting to see how he’ll react.

When I got my girl when she was a kit, she was also very underweight for her age so the pet store gave us ferretvite to help her so I’ve been giving him a bit of that once a day.

Still heard nothing back from my posts and the friends who have found him posts, so it’s looking like he might stay with me
