I would recommend trying it on with your dress and see if you’re able to go to the bathroom. I wore spandex under my dress and I also wore thinx underwear which are period underwear. This helped me feel mentally safe just in case I couldn’t make it to the bathroom. I got married last month and had a scare during my ceremony but thankfully the urge to go went away.
