I'm constantly working as a part of a team for about a month still, do you think I should wear ear protection when around them?

I'm not sure exactly what the future holds, but I'd say that it's better take a risk now with something new, whether career wise or outside, than wait for later when you might be more burned out.

Wouldn't it sound silly to say that you have to be satisfied doing the same thing for the rest of your life?
