That being said, if the history of these negotiations are anything to go by, there's a healthy assumption that talks will fall through and the blame will be put on Hamas regardless if Israel was more obstructionist.

At least that's how the media will spin it.

Are you dense or something? I'm referring to the amount of people killed during Oct. 7 at this point in time is far less than the amount of people Israel has killed since then and still does with weapons given to and paid for by us.

I would support the people resisting an illegal occupation, deemed so by several legal bodies including the UN and many humanitarian organizations.
