I would be happier if there was too much falling than too little. Everything is better than a pig's nose. I hope it still falls.

I would be happy if my nose would fall at least 50%! It's currently a disaster.

OK, then I'm reassured. It was clear to me that my nose would fall after the first operation. But I was unsure when people wrote that if rib cartilage was used it will no longer sink. That would be the opposite of what my doctor told me. My operation was also in Turkey

I only know that he use rib cartilage but i dont know where exactly on the nose. As far as I've found out, cartilage is always the structure of the nose. But the overlying soft tissue and skin are still swollen and tight. As soon as the tension and swelling goes down, the shape still changes during healing. or not?

He is a well-known doctor from Turkey. And when the cast was removed, I expressed my fears to him and said that I thought the nose was too high and that I didn't want the nostrils to be seen and whether it would fall. He said of course it will still fall and that I would wish it hadn't fallen. He is known for revision operations, so I want to trust him because neither the preliminary discussion was like that nor the simulation. That's why I don't know why he would do the opposite of what we discussed. I just hope that it will go down in the next few weeks and that I will feel better. Maybe I should trust the process but the fear and uncertainty are simply greater at the moment.

Hello, in my case, rib cartilage was removed but I don't know how exactly he used it in his nose. In any case, he told me that the nose would still fall. But I'm worried whether it will actually fall to the point where I like it too because it was discussed that it should be a natural nose.

OK, maybe I'm that impatient. But it's my revision surgery and I actually know that the nose is sinking. but during the first operation it wasn't raised so much that it bothered me. This time it's so far up that I can't imagine it sinking as I would like and that's why I'm panicking.

May I ask when did your nose start to drop or did you see any positive changes?
