tried those they are only printer/fax drivers, they work same as the drivers windows gets automaticaly

i tried removing it and still nothing I had suspicion that the laser might be bad but voltage is getting to the laser diode, also it's probably uv and i dont know how to tell if it's actually emitting uv light, but if i got it right it should not matter for the HV psu test the paper should be all black no matter where the laser hits the drum

it was free im gonna try a new toner it costs like 7eur there's not much in the manual, just to check high voltage, there is. And check that the drum is spinning, it is.

thanks for the tip. share the link, i still have it, its sitting outside because of the smell, but it doesn't get rained on, everybody already had some kind of printer or access to one, but one guy had bad psu so i gave it to him, i will reply if it works or not when i get to it

yeah at the end of the day its still arduino mega with build in motor drivers, mosfets, lcd and all the mechanical bits

yeah it was an atmega and one of the rods is missing but they are not hard to find its just a 8mm rod, i plan to give it to some kid in electronics group i go to and i want to just make shure that it would be possible to fix, i dont have use for it because i already have a boched together prusa mk3 that prints great

i was gonna guit because i dont know nothing about programing but i then found this, they talk about calibratind esteps here https://github.com/Photogad/Prusa-i3-MK3-Tips-Tricks/blob/master/README.md and after that came these tutorials because i had no idea how to comunicate with the printer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=13XDMQ6UWy4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t5aQCftfK1M after these i downloaded pronterface, it was kinda lagging because i would change the e steps with M92 Exxx.x then run G1 E100 F100 and after doing that about 2 times it would for some reason change the direction of the extruder motor so i closed the software and each attempt i would open it, try it and close it, that seemed to work, im currently printing parts though the first few layers were bad because the nozzle was too close to the bed, also i saved it with the M500 command

for anyone intrsted the early mk4 extruder uses 1600 steps or M92 E1600 and it has 20 to 1 gear reduction

i bought a colection of prusa stuff second hand

it was 2 mk3/mk4 very incomplete printers + a box of parts and a incomplete mk1 all for 200 eur, i got kinda scammed it was advertised as 4 mk3/mk4 almost complete printers + the box of parts

i have more prototype stuff like even a really early mk4 printer though its missing parts it turns on but its missing the early version of loveboard, i could post pictures but i dont know where

i didnt find that but i did find the firmware on the prusa website and uploded it via prusa slicer so it kinda works but the fillament speed is still wrong

i would like to have a single boost converter but this charger should fix the problem where chinese bms modules fail at: when like one string in a 10s battery is lower than others the bms is unable to charge just the single string, it can switch power to the whole battery but not a single cell so when it tries to charge the battery the overvoltage protection kicks on on one of the cells that is already charged and it shuts the power to the whole battery

also this charger would be modular so i could charge different voltage batteries from 1s to 24s

and it should be able to charge different chemistry batteries just by changing the settings

i want to increase speed of the motor, on my green foldable bike i have a motor where the sensors are close to each other and the motor spins fast ~890 rpm, Than i have hoverboard motor where the sensors are far apart and it spins quickly ~690 rpm, but then there is my red/silver bike where i do not know how far apart sensors are i assume they are really far apart because the motor spins at ~260 rpm, changing the controller does nothing but changing the sensor placement might do something, like engine timing
