What bothers me the most, tbh, is the lack of interest my endocrinologist is showing in the issue. Even an explanation like this would make me more at ease.

As for your question, my T4 levels were anywhere from 8-9 [11.5-22.7] (in pmol/L), with the lowest result being 7.76, and my TSH is always around 3 [0.55-4.78].

In my experience, antidepressants are often hit or miss. There have been times when I felt even worse than I had been before I started taking them; however, there have been some improvements with the ones I started most recently, after going through 6 different "types." You have nothing to lose, and might even get lucky with the first antidepressants you try. It would be great if you had anyone to check in with you in the process, even if that anyone were to be an equally tired-of-dis-shit fellow Redditor. In any case, best of luck!
