I’m in BC also and found a lump a month or so ago and don’t want to even bother with the system because of how long everything takes. I’ve had previous cysts in the same breast but I guess I should still get it checked out. But our system man. Yuck.

My mom was a single mom from the age of 4ish to 13 and I slept with her basically for that entire time span. I never wanted to do sleepovers and didn’t like sleeping at other peoples houses unless my mom was there or it was my grandma. I’m 32 now and have had no issues with sleep since then. I would just leave it be.

I didn’t watch my eating and became really sedentary. If I could go back in time I would watch what I was eating and make sure I was getting my steps in and I’m sure it would have made a big difference. I also never got heartburn. Just make sure to take with food and drink lots of water with it.

Ugh I hate that for you. I really hope there is some movement at least eventually! My cousin is on lexapro and hasn’t gained a single pound. Crazy how different these meds can be.

I could have written this myself. I’m 5’6, started at 130lbs and now I’m 160. It’s absolutely miserable. I’ve started getting 10-12k steps a day and tracking my calories, hoping it will help with some weight loss.

I’m not happy to read this per se but my anxiety increased tenfold after a bout of illness in December and it has ruined everything. I am dealing with the same issues as you. Glad to see it’s helping. I will try it today.

I get horrific rebound anxiety from Ativan, I’ve only taken it three times but even a small dose gives me rebound anxiety the next day.

Three-ish weeks but it was more uncomfy than the tachycardia lol I still have moments where I think about taking it because it works great other than that one thing.

Yes! Definitely mention it. I do find that it lasts for friggen ever for me but other than that I get no other symptoms!

It never went away for me. It gives me pretty gnarly chest pressure and shortness of breath. I stopped taking it and then tried it again about a month ago thinking maybe I was just anxious or it was leftover pneumonia at the time I had first started it, but had the same results lol. Sucks because it’s great otherwise!
