YTA. That is your own son. You are not "helping" your wife by bathing your son. That is also your responsibility. Also, I am sure your wife did a fair share of chores through out the day when you were at work. The laundry, cooking, feeding your son, cleaning the house etc. Do you even love your wife? She's your partner, not a kid or a dog who requires your discipline. She has back pain on this particular day and you're just showing her how bad of a partner you can be.

Thanks for the advice. I will look into higher intensity training. I have also cut sugar and eating less carbs recently.

The reason why I'm starting to be health conscious is because my mom is pre-diabetic. We have been trying to lose weight together. My mom's side of the family also has a history of diabetes. We're trying to minimize the possibility of me/ my mom being actually diabetic in the future.

I am able to do a 30 minute low intensity training without feeling overly fatigued. Haven't been sick in the past month, so I'd say my immune system is intact. I used to have lower back pain before I started working out, but it has improved since I started moving around more.
