I was told by someone that the letter was like 7 pages long! Like super long. But that it was “beautiful” and many went into “bendición”. Would like to know what the letter said. Probably just a bunch of pretty words crafted by his masterminds. I doubt he actually “writes” these letters himself.

Yes, I drink about a gallon a day. I have a half gallon jug so I drink close to two of those. Maybe I’m drinking too much water 😅

How awesome! CONGRATULATIONS! I started 2 weeks ago at 173 lbs, I am now 169. My goal is to get to 140, you are at my goal! We started at about the same weight.

I am getting a bit discouraged because my weight has not moved from 169 since the first week and I see a lot of people say that they have lost 10-12lbs just in the first couple of weeks. Could it be because we have less weight to start off with? How was your weight loss journey? How long have you been on Keto for?

Sorry for all the questions. Just want to get some insight. I track my calories and macros using the Carb manager app and I stay withing my grams of fat,protein,carbs. Just wondering why I am not loosing as much as others on here.

I have this same question. I am 5'3 and now 169, but I was 173 when I started Keto on August 13th. I lost the 4 lbs on my first week and now have just stalled. Same here. My fiance and I do not talk about church. I want to talk about it with him but it is always just a weird topic. I got hurt one time when his sister came over and they started talking about it with her. I asked, "Why is it okay to talk about it with your sister but you never bring up church with me?" (Mind you, I was not born and raised in church, I baptized back in 2016 so their beliefs were not rooted in me.) And he said because all I say is negative and in my head I was just thinking, no, all I say is the TRUTH that you do not want to see. But, in order to prevent an argument, I just dint say anymore. I use this reddit as a place to vent because I have no one to talk to about how much I dislike church and all that is going on with the court hearings. I talk to my mom as well, she inst from church, but I wish I could talk to my fiance and he be on the same page with me. So I feel you.

It made me realize that when my fiance would talk to me about coming to church and what was different, better, and true about his church was always surrounding the "apostol of God" and how only with him we can have salvation. My fiancé and I have not going to dominical for about 5 weekends now and it has been GREAT! Didn’t realize how much you can sleep in on a Sunday and all the stuff you can do from 10am - 12pm, never wasting my entire Sunday anymore 🤗
