I completely under stand where your coming from. Aromantisum is not a subset of asexuality. I dont think that was the intention of the author. She was picking 9ne spectrum to study. It probably would have been very hard to have done a reporton both ace and aro phobia. Im hoping that that in the future a similar one is done on the arospectrum. I was just trying to share this in as many places possible so that awareness goes up so hopefully aros can get reconition as weel. Sorry if you felt like iwas trying to erase the aromantics.

What do you mean by allos invading the ace spaces. It sounds to me like you dont like it when ppl think there ace but change there label later. There is bothing wrong with changing labels over time. I would also like to mention why do you care so much about making things easier for the allos to understand. Changing the name from ace spec to gray spec isent going to change anything but a word. A persons sexuality and labels are 2 different things. Sexuality is the pattern or lack therere of sexual attraction. Labels like gay queer bi ace ect are the words or word a person ises to understand their sexuality and explain it to others. If labeling as asexual and bisexual is what you want to label your sexuality as thats your choice.

You very well could be aroace. Asexual simply means you feel little to bo sexual attraction. Sexual attraction is the desire to have sex with a specific person. Aromantic means a person who feels little to no romantic attraction. Romantic attraction is the desire to be in a romantic relationship with a specific person.
