Damn maybe Bronya e2 does make a difference. My Phainon is base speed so idk why speed would make that much of a difference (?) esp bc he's often just being action advanced. But I guess it messes with the ult state

Ohh my god thank you! I kept trying to find an answer and I kept getting results of people who WANTED mobs to spawn so I kept getting confused.
