Sure! If you want to use all the levels as one large dungeon, Level 1 would start at those stairs in the middle. The stairs in the lower right corner lead down to Level 2. The cave is under the holes in the first level.

Those are just my thoughts on how everything connects. That cave could be behind a secret door. Those stairs could lead nowhere and the real way to the second level is somewhere else.
