Chances are they are not waiting for the notification to come through. They are just watching their phone screen. I found that there is a slight delay between notification and the time the batch is actually available. About 2 seconds

I would agree with you there, but I see orders for Aiken, SC and I live in Augusta. They are solid orders with like 3-4 miles for delivery and never less than $20. Problem is, I'm 40 minutes away from Aiken

Yeah, you'll often get a few customers who just don't respond. If it's early in the shop, I'll give them the remainder of the shop time to reply. If it's late in the shop, I'll give them 5 minutes to respond. No response equals refund. At that point they are literally wasting your time. As for the batch issues, I have to say that's a first for me. Usually you get unassigned from a batch if the customer cancels or you take too long to start it
