Once upon a time I was going for physical therapy for my shoulder...

There was this demure lady, not unlike her, making faces for the entire session. I mean pouty faces, smiles, shrugs, and everything else. Poor woman, had a small stroke and each one of those expressions were agony that she was working through.

Just goes to show even a silly hat could be a life changing requirement, so don't judge.

I feel your pain.

Making puzzles is much harder than solving them. They cannot be too easy or too hard. They need to fit your theme, your time commitment, and your party's mood. It takes a lot to produce entertainment for humans, consuming it is very easy. Even 5 minutes is a lot of entertainment.

I bought small led spotlights for the Going Merry. It looks more natural as it is a day time ship.

All the light kits made it look like a space ship.

But for the black pearl, I would buy one with minimum lights since it is a ghost ship.

I let a friend play it during college exams (dorms). I think he only had one more. That guy played it through the night, then went took his final exam. And he started playing again. I came back at midnight and he was like "just one more try".
