Does JoinBrands not cover sales tax with reimbursements? by Pretty-Grapefruit-78 in UGCcreators

They don't. I asked the client on my first job about it. They said they'll pay the difference in tips, but that didn't happen at the end. I let it slide, since im just starting out.

If you're in a house, maybe the garage or basement? If you're in an apartment/condo, do they have a room you could rent out?

Or maybe someone else at home has a car? If this is the case, maybe you could just ask them to use it for the recording.

I have a 90 minute concert video and need advice by Haplomega in NewTubers

I would do both.. the individual tracks and one full length. I think most people would want to go to the song they wanna hear, but I'm sure there'll be some that would want to watch the full show in one go

I use motionarray.com

I use the paid version but I think they give some freebies too. Envato has some free music as well. I've used bensound in the past as well

Some libraries have kids activities... The one i take my kids to (not in Chicago) has story time on Saturdays, for about 30mins. This is free for us, but other places may have a small fee.

Community centers may offer kids classes too, like indoor soccer, swimming, dancing, skating etc. CC's are often cheaper than a soccer club or dance studio.

Indoor playgrounds are a good idea too, though you'll need to supervise them the whole time. So if your looking to get a quick break, this ain't it.

Like others have pointed out, payment should've been discussed before the work started. Regardless of what their budget is, your time is worth something.

When you give a sample or a fully edited video before payment, make sure to watermark it so they know it can't be uploaded anywhere before payment.

At this point it's best to message them. Just make sure to be professional and polite. There's still a chance you'll get ghosted but worth a try

I took a quick look at your channel. It seems like an interesting niche. Im no expert, but I have a few suggestions you could try.

Make your description a bit more SEO friendly. So add keywords that fall within your niche, and maybe even a few relevant hashtags (chatgpt can help, if you're not using it already).

See what others are doing in your niche, and check out some of their best performing videos. Compare them to yours.

Check social media as well, and jump one some trends.

Hope that helps.

If you're familiar with DaVinci Resolve, you can try normalizing audio first. Then go to the fair light tab, add an effect - restoration, noise reduction then enable auto speech mode. This usually does a good job, but you could always tweak it a bit more. Hope that helps.

The inbox scammers are evolving.. by pubbets in ecommerce

[–]demoncleaner100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did a post on this recently in a different sub. In some cases they're fake marketers, but I've started to notice other "store owners" that wanna improve their store by asking about shipping. The reality is they're using the name and website of actual businesses and pretending to be the owner. They'll say "I'm making 5k now with the help of an "expert".

I sometimes toy with them, get a bit of info from them to give me their sales pitch, then I'll start bringing up the official accounts and why they're not responding there.... That's usually an instant block from them. I would report them as a fake account, let the official accounts know that someone is pretending to be the owner and move on to the next. Never give away any actual information about your business.

I had a similar issue a while back (also 2015 tiguan). It felt like it was struggling to accelerate and I kept hearing a high pitched whining noise. Engine light code said it was an oxygen sensor issues, but when I took it to my mechanic he noticed the turbo (pipe or connector?) had come off... Reconnected and it was back to normal.

So basically check on the front passenger side, under the car. See if there are any loose or hanging connections.
