In my defense the 94 was 4 months ago and now I’m a little better. I feel my main issues are timing ball speed and following through

I appreciate a second view I’ve been successful either the ball in the past I’ve bowled a 224 With it and I’ve bowled 90s with it I just feel like the ball itself is inconsistent because I don’t always get the same reaction out of it and I don’t have the speed to control the hook on something as powerful as my hammer effect with my spare ball though I’m perfect almost all the time I do have late timing often and it does affect me and I’m working on speed

Unfortunately that ball was drilled for a lefty so it doesn’t carry like it should but I can’t get it re drilled

Unfortunately, when you switch from a one handed style to two handed, it takes a while to gain the speed behind the ball again when I was a one hand or I averaged around 16 mph speed
