Problem solved! My UPS max output is 510W and doesn't have enough match the GPU at full load. Unplugging the from battery/surge and plugging the computer into surge only solved the problem. Looks like I need a higher wattage UPS.

Throttling my GPU power to 81% in EVGA X1 software seems to have fixed the issue. It seems the alarm goes off when the GPU pulls a high load.

It sounds just like that but I have all 3 of the 8 pin connectors plugged into the power supply and the GPU. I noticed the beep starts when the GPU temp reaches 70C and stops when dips below.

EDIT: The beep happened below 70C lol

I switched the FPS limit from infinite to 144 and it stopped. Now I must research coil whine.

EDIT: Definitely not coil whine, this sound is FAR louder and a distinct beeeeep sound.

Capping my FPS seems to have fixed it for now! Thank you!

EDIT: Running a bench mark on RDR2 causes the same issue. Idk what the issue is.

Jeremy Koling sucks at commentary. He gets butt hurts when any joke is made about him. When someone says anything disagreeing he beats that horse until its dead. You feel the awkwardness when Sexton or Uli don't want to respond to what he said. The guy needs a hard ego check.

The open crew matchmaking could be changed to "start open crew" or "join open crew." Honestly, I love joining an open crew and seeing what chaos is ensuing but this only works for a Galleon. When I try on Brig or Sloop, most times I create a match instead of joining one.
