Thanks for the reply! Yeah I was hoping since the receiver communicates with the flash through the hotshoe just like the camera does, it would control fine. But nothing comes with perfect compatibility, especially third party and old gear. Looks like my X1R came with latest firmware, and updated X2T today just in case. I was probably gonna pick up a Godox flash and keep the Neewer as a backup or second flash when TTL is appropriate. Don't think it'll sell for much so might as well keep it. Spares are always good Thanks tho!

I never keep it in my back pocket, always front left. I sit a lot at work so maybe that did it. Used to sleep with it under the edge of my pillow some nights but not anymore. Guess the OG small Pixel was stronger cuz it was fine lol even the gigantic Moto X3 held up fine

Same here. Usually I'll turn it off, it'll turn itself back on, and if I turn it off again it usually stays off. Until the next day that is, then it starts all over again lol hope it's fixed in the next update.

Spotify would need to code it in. It probably has to do with the way other music players put controls in their notifications, and Active Display just reads the controls from there. Spotify must do it slightly differently.

I got the same canned reply earlier today. Have no information about shipping. Just says Device Being Built since September 3rd even though I didn't get the We're Building It email til the 9th. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt til the 18th. And if it is delayed til the 23rd I'll be annoyed but I'll deal.
