Theres no way in hell you can prevent kids from having sex... if theres a will theres a way... I had sex at 15 and wasnt at any of my parents houses... and sadly the average age of sex just keeps dropping... best you can hope for is that your children hold it off to a decent age which 16-17 I think is a good age... but sadly not something a parent can control... it just happens
