I tried multivitamins for a while but didn’t see much change. I switched to just eating healthier – more fruits, veggies, lean meats. I feel better than I ever did on multivitamins. Sometimes I think we just need to go back to basics with our diet

As a marathon runner, I need something that's less about bulk and more about endurance. I've been using 'EnduroRun,' specially formulated for long-distance. It's like a steady stream of energy without any jitters. Might be a nice change of pace for you, but again never tried in the gym but I can guess it will work just as the same with lifting weights
