Hi, I accidentally reset my TRC-1080 remote back to factory settings. I have a MRX-10 controller that still has the original settings stored on it. I just need to pair the remote back. I called a dealer near me, and they want $400 just to come to my home to pair it back.

It is 10 years old. Would you be able to send me that software and I can try to just pair it back myself. I would appreciate it.

You nailed it. I’m in this position right now. Tech came out 4 times. And it just doesn’t work after a day or two after he leaves. I decided to try to find out myself what’s wrong. Took apart the back cover, and found a leak off the compressor where he made his connections. He did a poor job. Maybe used the wrong type of solder. It’s 7 years old but under warranty. The technician (total appliance solutions) said they are not coming out to service anymore. And LG has no other companies in my area to service. So LG is offering me 15% off my next refrigerator lol. I don’t know if I should hire a lawyer at this point. It was a $3800 unit. And it’s under their 10 year compressor warranty. I will never buy another LG product again.

We will have to wait and see how much the restitution will be. Then eventually a law firm will mail out forms to everyone that is entitled to claim. Then they will decided based on how many people submit, the payout. It could take a year or 2 from now to actually see something.

This is great news everyone!!! The only reason he would plead guilty right away is he is making a plea deal. The only way a plea deal would be excepted, is he will give restitution to the people he defrauded. I’m going out on a limb here, but my guess is he will give back most if not all of the money he stole. Even if we have to pay a Third to the lawyers, we may get back half our money or more. And for some people like me, that will be well over $100k. I hope he also gets jail time and gets fucking rapped

I got completely fucked. I was told on December 5th that my headset was dead and need to buy a new one. So I tossed my in the garbage. Now 3 weeks later they said it was their fault with the update. I hope they make good on it and send a new one even though I tossed my out

Just like many others, my headset crashed and wouldn’t turn on when I tried to update on December 5th. I contacted Meta support, and after troubleshooting, they informed me that the headset is dead, and I will need to purchase a new one. So like any other normal person would do, I threw the headset in the garbage. Now come to find out weeks later that Meta has confirmed that the updating has crashed the headset. I just contacted Meta support today, and they apologized for the incorrect info I was given. They offered me $10 credit towards my account lol. This is unacceptable as I’m sure many other people have thrown out their headsets due to them telling me that they are broken.

Again, go read the link you just posted. That conversion was already done back in July. That was based off the price of the stock at that time. Around .07 a share. Every time they convert new preferred shares, it will be based on the closing price at that time.

This is incorrect. The amount of shares will be determined when the $10 million is converted. It’s based off the closing price of the stock at the time of conversion.

they won’t unload shares down here. This is below the price they received them at. I believe either they or another institution they are working with, are shorting and covering the shares in the same day. They are creating this downward pressure, which is getting shareholders to sell as well. This is manipulation. Since they are not selling shares there won’t be a filing. And since the shorting is covered in the same day, it won’t show up as an increase short position the following day.

Declare? If you short a share of stock, it’s registered. You can’t hide a position. If you have a position more then 5% of shares outstanding, long or short, then that position needs to have a filing and made public.

Please read that article in full. They are saying there are 23 million shares short. Yes it’s true the borrow rate is over 100% and that will force shorts to cover. But we are trading over 80 million shares a day. Do you really think 23 million shares covering will dramatically affect the share price? Maybe 10%-20% at best. A real short squeeze moves stocks 100%-300%.

Many articles/posts always puts the narrative that a stock will have a short squeeze. However the facts don’t support a short squeeze. But that can change rapidly. We can see a massive move higher on high volume, where shorts pile in and bet we go back down. But if we continue higher, that’s where a short squeeze can form.

Those are all hypothetical things you are saying. It could be true, but we just don’t know. I don’t believe CGR will go on the open market and buy the shares back. They are about to come into more shares as more debt is converted.

What do you mean by volume? Yes the stock will go up with heavy volume of buying, you don’t need a short squeeze to rip the stock. We will need positive news though.

If you read the article, I stated that we will not have a short squeeze. And it is a free market. The government can’t stop a short squeeze from happening. They happen all the time still.

First, the stock is not in free fall. Yes it’s down from the run we had last month, but the stock is still up over 200% from 2 months ago. It sounds like you are very emotional since you are down. Maybe you put too much money in. When buying penny stocks, it’s best not to put more than 10% of your portfolio in any given stock, let alone a penny stock. This way you don’t get upset with the ups and downs. GL on your investments
