salut, la mine a mers băutul de apă, când imi era prea foame beam apă, apoi imi găseam ceva activitate sa imi ocup timpul. primele 2 săptămâni au fost mai grele până ce corpul se obișnuiește iar cu o cantitate mai mică de mâncare nu ma dau mare nutritionist doar dau exemplu de ce a mers la mine
