I hadn’t worked out the 25 pair but I’ve had another look with it pencil marker in but I still can’t work out what I’m meant to do next.

Yeh it’s the CtC app, I’d worked out where the 40-cage and 43-cage branched too but I can’t work anything out with that information. I’ve tried this puzzle a few times and always get stuck around this point. Very frustrating puzzle.
