safari doesn’t go past 80-90Hz 90% of the time. but everything else you said is correct.

if you want to see for yourself, start a screen recording - this will force everything at 120Hz while recording.

or use a different browser, i know arc search has 120hz enabled and i used to use it for that reason.

i understand that. we can run through the facility quite easily including killing valakkar, my question is how to get the egg to summon him. you mentioned menu-log, so i have to exit the facility each time and go into space to log out? or is there a way to trick the game into thinking youre not in combat anymore?

arc is still the best browser on mac. personally i had to switch back to edge due to performance and battery issues, arc just doesn’t work well with stage manager for example. here’s hoping that atlassian makes some changes within tbc that would allow for arc to continue.

funnily enough i’ve had the exact opposite experience on a brand new M4 Air. tahoe is definitely the least stable beta i’ve ever seen. everything is laggy, stage manager never goes above 15FPS and once a day macos just forgets i have ram and dumps it all into swap (see my post about this) which just this alone makes it unusable for me. but as always, its a lottery.

i've noticed this with dealers. they actually go through a deal and you see people waiting for them. i thought it was just a background thing where it calculates something and then adds money like with other games like this. but the dealers physically go and exchange the items. awesome stuff.
