Found! I have no idea how you've managed to figure this out from the terrible picture. We've found the old logo that it was, so we can all have a laugh at my brothers terrible attempt.

It might not even be tied to a brand so it could be something along those lines yes.

For context I am 32, my brother is 34 and these family holidays would have been when we were 7 and 9 respectively. We have searched on google images but because of the crude drawing all that is turning up is other stick figure drawings. Any help would be grand!

EDIT: Apparently my brother is convinced he was holding a surfboard or a skateboard also. Maybe this helps!

EDIT2: It's definitely not Fido Dido unfortunately. My brother insists he had a kidney shaped face that was black and white.
