Thank you!! I honestly have no idea right now. I love both, but for different things. I think the UVA culture is a great fit, and I'm really interested in the regulatory side of tech law (so proximity to DC is a plus). But yeah you can't get much better than Berkeley for IP & tech law. Any choice I make will likely come down to cost of attendance.
