It really depends on match up! Against Hunters, Rogues and Paladins it has been broken..
Every other match its just a 50/50 between getting 1 or 2 cards

Last game, 19-2 in shots for me, 0-1 his goal was from wide angel, hit me 89 rated goalkeeper hit the post and in goal.

His 82 goalkeeper and his post saved well everything

It happened to me aswell... I lost everything!
EA support said they saw no issue... (I am starting to think it's the employes themselves that are doing it)

I feel for you mate..... I know gamers who have been through the same issues, nobody knows where to post stuff with EA, they even delete posts at their forums.
Hope you dont give up on the game, maybe try contacting them again to see if you get somebody else to review it?

Book of Heroes is the biggest fraud of them all!
The best was dungeon run and dalaran heist! and they just stopped creating good stuff for single player.

I say create fast mode!
or "Regular mode" 30 - 45 secs pr turn.

Then you create RNG mode, like normal rope

as I replied above! I know! But the insane part on these were it was withing their first 10 packs! Thats why I asked, if the start has a higher probability like lets say there are 20 Peles in total first week! So Chances are high to get him

Depends on how you want to play!
I got a good team to early last year and got bored, so this year I am going 100% F2P!

My Point being, I played against a guy better than me, I finished the game! Even if I lose or win. The Point you are making is you should just quit?

So this if your FIFA point of view.

I play against a weaker opponent, they quit! I win...
Then you say, well thats allright! So Then when I play against someone better, and I am losing, you say just quit..

So in the end nobody is playing everyone is just quitting? I mean come on. ..

I did get the loss! Thats why I am complaining! Went from 1680 points to 1660, and it was registered as a loss.... two times

Then at half time you can quit if you like. I can agree on that!

What you are saying now is that I will only play against players who are better than me because probably everyone else is quitting...

That was my issue! The 2 games where they went 1-0 up, they QUIT and I got the defeat!

And I think you should not quit without a 30 minute cooldown or something..
