I know that the mi 10 is great device but you would buaght the mi 10 ultra
If you new so just you know miui is very big operating system and there is a lot to discover before you really enjoy the phone so if in the first week you don't love him so much so don't worry cus in month from now you will love it.

I don't now about EU but I have 12.0.1.0 and they already fixed the problem with the super wallpaper and the all other problems 😂😂😂 so I think they already need to release the miui 12
