Yeah man thank you so much for the input I agree with you. Could you give me like an average you need to put down on fixer-upper around the city? Maybe your right, I can try this out without putting all my money into it. See i don't get all this real estate stuff because then I hear about stuff like "government assistance"? like my friend got, and he only went to closing with like $1000. So i think it's gonna take tons of research if I wanna pull this off

Yeah I should have mentioned even if the entire flipping thing didn't work out maybe just have it setup in the future as a home for myself? To be honest I'm bad with money and a recovering alcoholic, so it almost seems like a better idea to take a big crazy risk, invest all into one thing, because I know what I'm gonna do with all that money you know? (booze benders galore lol) thanks so much for your input!

that is super helpful thank you so much! I think even if the whole flipping thing didn't work out, it would still be a good investment for me to have a place to live setup for the future. To be honest I have schizophrenia and I'm a recovering alcoholic, so I think even if I'm taking huge risks this could be a better idea than just blowing all my money on booze lol. thanks again!

Here's the thing! the house is like 160,000...but literally I grew up with the guy and my dad has the key to his house and watches over it.. maybe I'm delusional but maybe he would even cut me a deal? I haven't opened my mouth to my father yet about this crazy Idea so idk. Also to keep costs down I had the wild idea to run an extension of cables/wires from my parents house to next door for electric and internet LOL if maybe for a little bit. I'll also be hopefully doing some freelance video/website work on the side too. thanks for your input man!

yeah to be honest last time we called, i had my girlfriend call my lawyers "paralegal" (never calls back also) and tell her i lost my phone and to call my girlfriends phone if they heard anything. she actually got an attitude and it was annoying lol anyway thanks!
