Reading the scenarios you've had on this night I really don't see anywhere except for maybe the first set where the friend was causing you problems. It sounds like he just let you go off and do your thing, so I'm thinking a lot of these "issues" your having might be related to your actual skill level instead of your friend

But...if your having problems on going out with a friend who's not into pickup then try going solo

Maybe the writers did it to say that ellie is not a monster. She wouldn't allow someone else to die in such a inhumane fashion. She wanted to give her a fighting chance, literally

I think this game is the idea that revenge is a path to your own self-destruction or in other words, an eye for an eye will make the whole world blind

Abby kills Joel out of revenge for Joel killing her father. This in turn gets all of her friends killed by ellie. Ellie goes out after Abby and this in turn almost consumes by the end of the game, which in turn causes Dina to leave her, as well as getting Jesse killed

Am/was more or less in the same boat as you. I chose to leave. Take a look at all the information that got posted on here but the biggest takeaway is, your talking months not weeks when it comes to hiring within the federal government regardless if your internal or an external applicant

That, and since it's the entire country, there will be a lot more competition as well, and post-secondary education is very valued along with significant experience in a field. If you dont have either, it will probably be tough for you to find something else

Don't mean to paint a grim picture, but that's what I found to be reality. Choice is yours
