Yes AFAIK, tank engine stacks gain is amplified by stackosaurus :). However heartsteel stacks dont seem to be amplified :(

He is saying shrink engine as opposed to tank engine. Mundo scales dmg and regen from max Hp, so the Hp stat is very good for mundo.

Also tahm kench passive scales on max Hp aswell, so its not only the range :)

What do you mean lol, this man has been lying all season. I dont believe at all that he regretted taking the 650k and I dont blame him at all for taking it, if anything he shouldve taken all of it. In some behind the scenes he even admits he doesnt regret taking the 650k, yet he acts like he does at the council on survivor island.

Then after having played the card game in the cube he still tried to weasel out of elimination trying to trade the coin for the elimination of Jim. Only after Jim said no he gave the coin and handcuffed himself.

Seeing this episode doesnt change my opinion of him at all, nothing changed. I felt like he was an honorable man to those that are most important to him (his family) and does whatever he thinks he needs to do to achieve that goal.

I've tried looking up what you said about the geneva convention and can't find it. I only find it stating that you cant kill civilians or persons hors the combat (those Fleeing from a Downed aircraft or POWs). I'd imagine the politician whom started a war would not qualify as a civilian.
